  • Delivery destination

  • Carrier selected (e.g., standard or express logistics providers)

2. Delivery Time Estimate

  • Delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as:

    • Customs clearance delays

    • Carrier operational issues

    • Local postal services

  • General guidance: Most orders arrive within 30 days after tracking number is generated.

  • Important: If you are sensitive to potential delays, we strongly advise against placing an order.

3. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Use this number to monitor progress through your chosen carrier’s website.

4. Customs & Import Taxes

  • Buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • We cannot intervene in customs processes or predict related charges.

5. Undeliverable Packages

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or unpaid customs fees will require:

    • Additional shipping fees to resend, OR

    • Order cancellation with a refund (excluding original shipping costs).
